Emo Tours Egypt Acquires Historic Former Israeli Embassy Building in Giza
Cairo, Egypt – January 14, 2025 marked a remarkable milestone in the journey of Emo Tours Egypt. On this date, a historic agreement was signed between Mr. Ayman Ahmed, Chairman and CEO of Emo Tours Egypt, and representatives of the Israeli side, officially transferring ownership of the old Israeli Embassy building in Giza to Emo Tours.
Located in one of Cairo’s most iconic districts, the building is a true gem — standing proudly with three spacious floors offering panoramic views of Egypt’s most celebrated landmarks: the Nile River, the Pyramids of Giza, Cairo University, and the Giza Zoo. Its location makes it one of the most strategically placed properties in the heart of Giza.
Emo Tours has already received the property and is preparing to write a new chapter for it. The plan? To transform this historic site into a budget-friendly guesthouse, designed to welcome travelers from around the globe. This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing mission to support Egypt’s tourism sector by increasing room capacity in Cairo and providing affordable, quality accommodation for visitors.
“This project is not just about a building,” said Mr. Ayman Ahmed. “It’s about breathing new life into a historic property and turning it into a hub where travelers can stay, connect, and experience Egypt’s wonders without breaking the bank.”

Renovations are set to begin soon, with Emo Tours promising to preserve the building’s historical charm while ensuring modern comforts for guests. This venture represents another bold step for the company in its dedication to innovating Egypt’s tourism offerings and creating memorable experiences for travelers.
Stay tuned for updates as this exciting project takes shape. Cairo’s newest guesthouse with a view of the Nile and the Pyramids is coming soon — brought to you by Emo Tours Egypt.
