As a child growing up in Cairo, Ayman Ahmed Harhash, the founder of Emo Tours, was fascinated by the pyramids, the ancient temples, and the stories whispered by the stones of his homeland. While other children played with toys, Ayman would guide imaginary tourists through the streets of Cairo and along the banks of the Nile. He dreamed of one day owning a company that could make travelers feel at home in Egypt — safe, informed, and inspired.
After graduating from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at Cairo University in 2001 and earning a Master’s degree in Archaeology, Ayman spent years working as a professional licensed tour guide and tour leader. Those years were filled with experience, connection, and hard-earned wisdom. And then in 2009, Emo Tours Egypt was born — not just as a company, but as a promise to do tourism differently.
From day one, Emo Tours has focused on offering private guided tours in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria, and across Egypt with a personal touch.
